The 2012 SOTA Designer Showhouse & Gardens will be held in a beautiful 1870s Victorian farmhouse on picturesque Three Chimneys Farm located near Coopersburg.

The stately three-story stone home features gracious period details including original wood moldings, a fireplace in the kitchen, and intricate gingerbread trim blended with the modern conveniences of a newly renovated kitchen and baths. The house sits amid extensive rolling lawns overlooking two ponds and a gazebo. A large nearby barn has a long covered porch with a view of the ponds, and will house the SOTA café and boutique.

and enjoying a leisurely lunch in the café will truly be a wonderful day out in the country!
